How much time do I have to request a return?
Eligible returns can be requested within 14 days after delivery. The watch needs to be unworn and sent back with its original packaging. Contact our support team before returning anything so we can provide the correct instructions.
What is included in the warranty?
Velmont Club watches come with a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in the movement. If you think your watch has an eligible issue, contact our support team and we will guide you through the process.
What delivery timing should I expect in the U.S.?
Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated U.S. delivery is generally 3–6 business days. Tracking information is sent by email once the order is on its way.
What is the best way to look after my watch?
For regular care, wipe the watch with a soft cloth, protect it from hard impacts, and follow the water-resistance rating shown for your model. When not in use, keep it stored somewhere dry and secure.
When does free standard U.S. shipping apply?
Standard U.S. shipping is free on orders over $80. If your order does not qualify, any shipping charge is shown clearly at checkout before you complete payment.
